Dynamic Sports Group is a nonprofit, tax-deductible organization that caters to youth regardless of ethnicity, gender, or social status. DSG focuses on teaching nutrition, sports skills, weight training, conditioning and healthy body development. DSG focuses on fitness awareness to prevent obesity and educating on health risks associated with obesity, smoking, and substance abuse. DSG improves youth self-esteem, discipline, and decision-making skills.
